2. Description of Service

ViralStation is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including content published through connected social media accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Post or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through connected social media accounts.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and schedule through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., scheduling and publishing your posts to connected platforms).

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms through our Service is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any scheduled posts that fail to publish due to platform outages, API changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralStation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
